GATES project partners from Agricultural University of Athens (AUA) and Inosens have participated in the 4th International Congress ‘’Food Quality, Technology and Safety” that took place in Novi Sad, Serbia last 23-25 October 2018, which was jointly held with the 18th International Symposium ‘’Feed Technology’’ within the framework of FoodTech 2018 event.
Researchers from both AUA and Inosens (namely Zisis Tsiropoulos, Spyros Fountas, Panagiotis Stamatelopoulos, Evangelos Anastasiou, Mladen Radišić) jointly co-authored the paper “INNOVATIVE TRAINING DELIVERY FOR AGRIFOOD PROFESSIONALS BASED ON THE SERIOUS GAMING PLATFORM” which was presented as a poster during the Workshop.
